ActivEye Customer Support

At ActivEye, we understand that once a solution is deployed, providing any needed customer support is key to customer satisfaction.  To provide excellent service to our clients, ActivEye has two support levels:

  • ActivEye Standard Support—ActivEye provides customers with technical support from 8:00am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.  Standard support also provides access to all major and minor releases for software deployments.

  • ActivEye Platinum Support—For mission critical priority support, Extended Support provides direct-to-expert access for technical resolution 24X365.  With our platinum level, customers receive access to all major and minor releases for software deployments.
