In light of recent events, the need for increased security is at an all time high.  Today’s CCTV systems offer clients an opportunity to provide base levels of video surveillance as part of an overall security plan.  While video surveillance is extremely important, current CCTV deployments for today’s demanding clients are limited by the following characteristics:  

  • Human resources:  current systems require that operators continually watch security monitors and analyze large amounts of video data.  Unfortunately, this is an expensive use of human capital, if very few security breaches occur.

  • False alarms: While CCTV applications may detect motion, studies indicate that standard systems experience false alarm rates of over 90%.

Our suite of products not only detects motion, the presence of people, vehicles and other objects of interest, our solution actually analyzes the scene and automatically reports suspicious events via audio, graphical, email or text messaging alarms—all in real-time.  These alarms occur onsite and are also available for remote viewing in satellite and central station locations.

Also, in addition to identifying security issues in real-time, clients need efficient methods of reviewing and analyzing excessive amounts of stored video data.  We address this need for our clients.  Our software combines smart indexing with interactive retrieval tools to decrease the enormous amount of time required to find relevant data in video archives by more than 10 times today’s industry standard.
