Multiple Vehicle Tracking and Incident Detection Active Alert™ is the only software that can accurately and simultaneously track up to 20 fast moving vehicles in addition to being able to react to different events or behaviors. The real world calls for the ability to simultaneously track multiple targets and react to events as they occur. ActivEye is the only smart video software that simultaneously tracks 20 objects and can react to each and every one in real-time. This video demonstrates multiple vehicle tracking and incident detection on a regional highway. Active Alert™ automatically assigns a colored tracking ellipse to each vehicle when it enters the camera view. As the vehicles reach mid-screen, some merge, others separate and all vehicles are assigned an individual tracking ellipse by the time they reach the foreground. Active Alert™ generates alarms based on specific user requirements and in this case, local authorities wanted to know when a vehicle pulled onto the shoulder. On the left side a vehicle pulls onto the shoulder and an alarm is generated indicating that assistance may be needed. Alarms are sent in a number of formats including on-screen video, human voice audio, messages to pagers or cell phones and relay activation. |
